We had Mrs. Jordan come in and talk to us about Digital Citizenship- how to be appropriate and responsible with technology. We talked about YAPPY and how there are certain things we should keep safe when were working online.

Ask your child to explain the acronym and have a discussion together about how this is important not only at school but at home as well.
Terry Fox
We participated in the Terry Fox run on Thursday and we did so in the rain! What a great way to show our students how no matter what the weather was Terry continued to push through. After our assembly and our run, we came back into the classroom and journaled together about Terry.
We used the Compass Points journal prompt and wrote about our E= Excitement, our W= Worrisome, our S= Suggestions and the components we still N=Needed to know.

- If you have not done so already please return your demographic envelopes to the school
- Indigo circus assembly Thursday October 4th
- Thanksgiving- No school Monday October 8th
