Mrs. Jordan gave us a tutorial for our Maker Space lab. Students had time afterwards to build, create, and cooperate and problem solve. Ask your child to explain to you what Maker Space is.

The Grade Three Team is
planning to go on a community walk on Friday, October 19 from 9:00am to
11:00am. On this walk, we will be looking at the land, inferring
what may have been in the Evanston area in the past, and practicing some
journaling techniques. We will be walking down to the pathways along
the south and west side of Evanston. Students will need to
wear appropriate footwear and dress for the weather. We also ask
that students bring a snack for this walk.
We are in need of 2 volunteers per class to come on this walk with
us. If you are able to volunteer and have the volunteer
clearance, please send us an email. Due to a CBE policy, parents
will not be able to bring siblings or small children when volunteering.
