We met in the Historical Classroom again this morning and talked about our day yesterday and the events that were going to take place today.

We journaled about the Thompson Family Park-Sketched what we remembered and created a Mind Map and listed all the different objects the park had

Sydney Smith- Superintendent of Learning

We met with Sydney Smith this morning and asked her some important questions about being a superintendent and learning.

Lunch Time

Before lunch we had a chance to visit another playground and talk about the importance of having playgrounds in these communities

Board Meeting

We got to sit and view some of the Trustees and Superintendents hard at work during their board meeting!

Mural Walk

BUMP: Beltline Urban Murals Project

We went on a community walk this afternoon to check out some of the local murals in the Beltline area. Check out our pictures below to see some of the murals we saw.

The BUMP is an initiative by the Beltline neighborhoods Association to showcase art, promote tourism and local business, improve the public realm and build community spirit.
